Bonding gerbils isn’t a simple process, there are lots of potential mistakes, here I share some of mine to help you avoid them in your own bondings
I have a pair of male bonded gerbils (adopted them already bonded, think they are brothers). I have had them approx 4 months now. I’ve noticed they are fine with each other in their tank – sleep together, grooming, not witnessed any fighting etc. However, one of them gets aggressive when they come out to play.
